Hi! I’m Nicole Bitette, a content creator with a passion for storytelling. I run a food newsletter called Shit We Ate This Week, sharing what people are eating each week around NYC. I currently lead content for Roku Advertising’s Roku Ads Manager. Before that, I was the Director of Content at Paramount, where I managed the company newsroom, ran our internal newsletter, and produced videos for the website and social. I have a background in journalism, serving as an entertainment reporter for the New York Daily News and as a writer for publications in my home state of New Jersey.
